Juliet: Romeo why dost thou be Montague.
If only we were not such enemies.
If thou weren't we could be one without fear.
Our two families could be united
And could live together as one in peace.
Enter Lady Capulet
Lady Capulet: Juliet, what do you think about love?
Juliet: I find love is an institution for
Most, but I dost not feel it is for me.
Lady Capulet: Oh Juliet why don't thee want to love?
For why dost thou not want to love Paris?
Juliet: For I do not want to love fair Paris.
I would prefer a Montague to love
Than Paris.
Lady Capulet: (Indented) Why would you want to love him?
My Juliet who dost thee want to love?
Juliet: I wish to love no one but life itself.
Lady Capulet: Why don't thee want to find someone to love?
Juliet: I wish to live my life how I would like.
Lady Capulet: I found marriage and I have no regrets.
Juliet: Thou may be happy, but I fear I won't.
I could end up having my own regrets.
I have dreams of my own and they are mine.
Mother, I am not the same person as
You. I am not like other girls mother.
Love should not be forced, for it should happen
As a natural process by your own self.
A forced relationship is one not worth
loving. Mother, I am my own person,
I can make my own decisions for me.
I need no marriage to be satisfied,
To be satisfied is to be happy,
To be happy is to have your own dreams.
Lady Capulet is taken aback
Lady Capulet: But getting married is every girls' dream.
Juliet: That may be for most girls, but not for me.
I am myself and I have my own dreams.
Of those dreams, marriage is not included.
Let me be me and I'll chase my own dreams.
Lady Capulet: Young Juliet go forth and chase your dreams.
Exit Lady Capulet
Juliet: The dream I chase is the fair Romeo.

Overall I liked your fan fiction because you had Juliet stand up to her mom and tell her that she did not like Paris. I was a little confused in the beginning because Juliet says that she does not want to love at all and wants to love life itself because she doesn't not want to love she just wants to love Romeo. Overall i really liked the concept of the story.
Ballet Slippers
Just to clarify for Ballet Slippers, that was meant to be foreshadowing because she loves and dies rather that not loving and lives in the actual play. - Demur Vixen
